HOW BEST TO USE THE E.EXCEL PRODUCTS
Directions, Rules, & Procedures: (guidelines)

1. For maximum absorption of nutrients, it is best to consume E. Excel products on an empty stomach, either 30 minutes before a meals or two hours after a meal.

2.Take the capsules as directed on the bottle, 2 capsules (cpsl) in the morning (am) and 2 in the evening (pm) as a general rule.

3. All the drinks in the pack are to be prepared using cold or warm water. Do not use hot water or microwave as this will destroy the nutrients. Empty the contents of package into the glass of water and stir. (not the other way round) . Take one pack of each recommended drink each day.

For a person with a serious illness or for those who want to speed up recovery time, increase the dosage 2 or 3 times / take 2 or 3 packs per day. All cpsl or drinks can be mixed together and taken at the same time.

4. People who are watching their sugar level are advised to take products marked “D”. We recommend that they take Ginberry, Nutifresh D, Evernew D, Millennium Red, DNP(I) or DNP(II), as these products are more suitable. Do not take Li-Dan, Herba, Enjoi, Nutrifresh, Evernew, DNP, DNP(III), regular Millennium and Essence of Time or Play beverages

5. Anyone who has high blood pressure are advised to take DNP(II)and DNP(III). Do not take Concenergy, DNP(I), Ginseng, and Essence of Knowledge.

6. Anyone who has allergies to any food is strongly advised to check the ingredients in the product prior to use.

7. Children over 6 months with a developed digestive system can benefit greatly from E. Excel products, but they should start with reduced dosages if they are under 3.

8.People recovering from chronic illnesses are advised to take E. Excel products for at least 6 to 12 months.
